Cat 315L boom hyd bogs engine down until warm and machines wont turn

Cat 315L boom and stick hyd bogs engine down until it is warm and machines wont turn but it will track forward and back. Almost sounds like hydraulic fluid is bypassing. is there a way to adjust PRV / calibrate on this model? Fuel system is good, please advise.
