I have an 320 bl. I am having trouble with the throttle. I replace the motor that run the throttle. I have tried to recalibrate it but I keep getting a code of 70ef04. I can start it but there is no throttle. And the engine won’t shut off with the key. I am wondering if I can disconnect throttle cable and run a manual throttle cable and a feul shut off cable? Would I need a tachometer could I tap into the speed sensor on the flywheel?
