This is my new ride, just started driving it for a local farmer cleaning up old stump piles and maintaining tracks around the farm. Goes well except it's got an electrical gremlin in the air con, the fan was going but no cold, checked for power at compressor clutch none, so checked fuses none blown, could hear relay clicking in fan unit behind seat when turning the air con on and off so removed 6 bolts and cover to find the 5 fuses strapped to the wiring harness Cat decided to hide under there! It's like they got tired of making the machine and couldn't be bothered mounting them somewhere easily accessible. Anyway one was blown replaced it and air con was all go for about half an hour then fan and everything stopped, had blown one of the air con fuses on the main fuse panel, tried to replace it but just blew straight away so left it for the day, got there in the morning tried another fuse and it's away again and so far has gone for 2 days without blowing again. Guess I'll just have to hope it's cured itself!
You have a tough problem. Worn blower motor brushes use more current. As circuits get warm or hot they less efficeint usually causing problems on the hottest days. Try blowing everything out with air.
I had a C model a few years back on one job that if the filter ( under & behind seat) was the least bit dirty or blocked all kinds of strange things happeneed. Good Luck, Bob aka ZZ:drinkup
I'm having the same problem but did not find fuses behind the seat
