On a Cat 320D², occasionally machines fails to rev to 10. Monitor in the cab shows the machine is reving to 10 however the engine speed is at idle. It sometimes happens during startup and during operation then proceeds to rev normally. Air filters are clean and fuel filters have been changed recently. Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks
