I have a cat 320D. Serial CAT0320DEFAL10250. The machine doesn’t start. There is a logged event 36-E00265-3.
E265-3 is an Event for a "User Defined Shutdown" - an E-STOP control has been operated in other words. Unplug connector J1 at the Engine ECM and test for continuity to machine frame ground on Pin 48, wire F716-White. If you have ground at that point then it is confirmed you either have a wiring problem or something is wrong with the E-STOP (secondary shutdown) switch.
Sir i have tested the continuity. It is good. The wire is not shorted. I have loosen the fuel pump delivery pipe and crank the engine there have no fuel comes out from the fuel pump delivery pipe
