Check your PMs. I sent you the electrical schematic.

For the benefit of anyone interested, the problem was the lockout solenoid being back-fed with 24V from a damaged wiring harness in the area of the counterweight removal switch. Below is what we found from the electrical schematic. Follow wire A588 Green (that feeds the lockout solenoid) on the schematic backwards from CONN 17 towards the ECM it comes to a point where it is spliced inside the main harness, located on Grid E-15 & highlighted below. From that splice one branch of wire A588 continues to the ECM Connector J1, Pin 27 (Hyd Lock Cancel Switch), the other branch goes to Grid C-18 where it feeds the counterweight removal switch (CONN 2). Maybe something weird is going on in that area with key switch power being fed from wire 147 Purple to A588 Green when the key is turned on..? All the blue-coloured wires on the schematic have machine power with the key swiitch on. OP's response - Problem sorted on the 345 with the hydraulic lockout. Where CONN 2 is blanked at the end and the wires of it are looped back around, the insulation had worn off them and the two wires 147 PU and A588 GN were connecting.
