I have a 365b which is slow on bucket and Boom circuts. Pump lines have been changed over and still the same. Signal relief valve changed with stick and pressure still low. Duplication valves changed over and still the same. Anyone ever came across this before.? Ciaran
You should check out the controller for that pump. They often fail and provide a signal to destroke the pump all the time. This doesn't fully destroke the pump but takes a lot out of the PQ curve. (Pressure Quantity) Later Bob
If you have it configured with boom and bucket on the right joystick have you tested the pilot pressure coming out of the joystick to the valves.
Gents, Sorry for taking so long to get back about this. I got the machine sorted. There were blown o rings and back up rings on a resolver valve ( basically a shuttle valve) on the center manifold of the MCV. Fitted a new valve and had full signal relief pressure again. Thanks for your posts and again sorry for taking so long to get back with what sorted her. Ciaran
