I am having problems with my cat 416C backhoe and need help. Hydraulics quit working while loading some dirt. Front end will lift and tilt slowly, but backhoe functions appear to only extend. Boom and stick will lift rear tires off ground but will not lift bucket up off the ground. Extend will push but will not retract without weight. Left stabilizer/leg not operational. Right stabilizer/leg will go up and down slowly. I replaced primary and secondary resolvers for front and rear valve bodies. Filter and pump have around 100 hours since rebuild. No visible leaks, no lines appear collapsed, hydraulic fluid is full, and hydraulics were working prior to suddenly quitting. What should I check next?
