winch will work in reel in and will some time work in reel out but real slow . handel feels like not adjusted right,but have tryed to adjust with no luck have made it work but then same thing in reel in no happy middle,will free spool if pulled, winch has a inch valve have changed to no inch and back dont help know i am missing some thing,any help would be aptreciated
Cable adjustment is touchy. Here are the instructions, hope you can read them.
should have said it is lever and rods, no cable. i have had vales out and checked found filter between vales plugged noting else jumped out at me. thanks for reply allso was tva tractor winch was not used went in to it clutchs were stuck cleaned up new seals oil was going in trans rebuild pump seal in it that problem.
