I have a 06 924g cat loader and the transmission is forcing tranny fluid out the filler tube, the tranny works fine except for this. Doesn't seem to overheat but fluid is coming out with alot of use. Any help
Check the breather on the top of the transmission. Is it plugged..? When was it last replaced..? Also are you losing oil from any other system like the hydraulics..? How are you checking the transmission oil level..? Manual says ..... Maintain the transmission oil level between the "LOW" mark and the "HIGH" mark on the sight gauge when the transmission is warm and the engine is running. Maintain the transmission oil level to the top of the sight gauge when the transmission is cool and the engine is not running. To go any further would require a Serial Number. There are 14 different models of 924G.
