Cat 928H Headlight Acr Suppressor overheading

I have a 928H cat loader and had smoke coming out of the fuse box. Shut off electrical and found the headlight arc suppressor to be burned. The headlights still worked, until it was unplugged. I put a new pigtail and suppressor in it, but when the headlights are turned on, it begins to get hot within a few minutes. This is only a headlight circuit. All other lights are separate. Cat says they don't know why its doing it. Anybody have this problem before, please lend a voice. Can use the help. Need the loader, but don't want it to burn up
