S/N HN02891, the transmission case is cracked after a front driveshaft failure the customer is asking for me to assist their mechanic in removing the transmission. Has anyone done this repair that can give me an idea what this job consists of.
I'm assuming the S/N is BHN02891. Here's the procedure to R&I the transmission which luckliy for you also inscludes the D&A instructions. Never done one so sorry I can't helps with tricks & traps.
