CAT 938G series II wont move

Hello sir , i have problem on whellloader cat 938G series II it won't move foward or reverse. So when key switch turn on, the temperature gauge of transmission oil turn hot actually on machine is cold.Can that's temperature make the machine won't move ? And how much voltage applies to the transmission solenoid ?

    Usual thing - start with a Serial Number. Do you know how to access Diagnostic Codes on the machines and if so, have you found any Active ones.?

    I think you are going to require Cat ET. I cannot see a way to access Codes through the dash panel. Try this. It may work, it may not. Turn the key on, then after 1 second turn it off. Repeat this process but on the thrid time of turning the key on, leave it on. On a lot of models this brings up the Diagnostic Codes on the dash display. Also can you post a photo of the dash panel in your machine with the key ON.
