Hello, I have a not-programmed monitoring system ECM (part number: 2524503-02) for CAT 962G 3BS. Please can you help me me to know which is the correct flash file number to flash this ECM?
Is the machine Serial Number below 3BS00933..? If so then it has been retrofitted with an EMS III Monitor ECM to replace the EMS II that was originally installed. The correct software for this retrofit is 272-7039.
