Hi , on the Cat 966B and C model can any one tell me how to connect a 12 volt battery charger, I mean connecting the alligator clips on the charger to the + and - on the two 12 volt battery's.

Yes pretty much the only way to charge a two battery system that is 24 volts with a 12 volt charger is to charge one at a time. No need to disconnect anything just hook the + clip of the charger to the + terminal of the battery and - to - the same way. Then after that one is charged do the same on the other battery. And like Bluox says you can do the other battery at the same time if you have two 12 volt chargers. I guess if one wanted to go to the work of disconnecting everything and making up cables to connect the batteries in parallel then you could use one 12 volt charger to do two at a time, but not sure the work would be worth it and it would probably take the same time as doing one at a time.
