I posted last fall about this machine. Operator dumped a bucket in the truck backed up went to put it in forward to head back for a scoop and it wouldn't engage. It never one time gave any prelude to this issue. No noises. No hesitations. Nothing at all. It simply backed up and never went back into forward gear again. We did everything everyone recommended. Tested our pressures. Pressure good at the time. Drained the fluid nothing of concern. Screens were clean. We were suggested to clean out a valve, I believe it was the neutralizer valve. We pulled it off. Then winter came in upper Michigan and we put the project to bed. The spring we cleaned that valve out on the bench. It did have some crap in it. Put it back together still nothing. Retook pressures, this spring almost no pressure at all and the torque converter shaft is not spinning. So digging in the book we located in other valve on the torque converter that could have possibly been stuck open and dumping fluid. We disassemble that valve today and it is clean. Any other suggestions on this? We have not pulled the pump because we did not believe that was the issue as last year we had good pressure on top of the filter housing. Now this year almost nothing. What could have happened?
Sounds like a major pump failure shaft or pump drive problem pull the pump and see if the drive or is spinning
