I got a roller that will hardly move. Parked it seemed fine, next day rolling was moving about half speed then hardly at all. E brake good but I swear it sounds like the hydraulics are whining or loading up, the drum works great hydraulic pump seems good Every filter changed and fluids Ty for any ideas.
