Ive just picked up this old girl, only paid 2k incl front blade, and winch and a large roller on the rear, but i had to get it out of a forest which was a few kms from the road, it hadnt been running for years, but with fresh diesel and a tickle up with the pony motor, she drove straight out! Could someone please advice me where the serial number is, i couldnt find one Also im after a workshop manual, wheres can i obtain one Thanks for your help, Jonny

Good tractor been running mine on the farm for 20y. Cat. still has parts for this machine. Mine was changed to elec. start no pony eng. and hyd. blade. That manual is ok if you can find the orig. Cat manual it would be better. There is also an aftermarket manual for the cat. 318 engine. This engine was widely used motor graders, power units, boats I think.
Yes, I didn't see that it was a reproduction. I think you'd be happier with an original too. There should be some on there.

Confirm that S/N plate behind pony motor controls LHS under the head. My back case number is covered by the ripper frame plate.
