I have only worked on Kamatsu D65-E dozer years ago and it was a PS unit. I am looking to purchase a Cat D6C 1970 model manual transmission for farm dozer. I went and looked at it today. The Hand Clutch brake does not hold. Is the brake for the clutch inside or outside the clutch housing? The Manual clutch is wet correct? On the steering clutches and brakes they are wet correct? Where is the steering brake adjustment under the fuel tank? The D6C is a better unit to buy than a D6B (1962) model correct? I want a manual transmission because of less that can go wrong for a low use farm unit.
