I think it is ok
The winches are both model PA55 but for the D6M installation the winch is set up for electronic control and I don't think your D5H will be set up like that, most likely it has mechanical controls. Please confirm.
Yes the D6 has electric controls and mine has no controls right now so is there any way to convert or is in the computer.
The control valve for the winch on a D6M is operated by solenoid valves. The control valve for a winch on a D5H like yours is operated by a mechanical linkage from long levers. Maybe the winch itself is the same and it's just the method of operating the winch control valve that changes. Someone with more experience than me with winches needs to chime in here.

Well happy to report winch fit perfectly and just had to run 24v to controls only difference is my mounting bolts are 3/4 size and 6m are metric.
