All Cat Diagnostic Codes can be deciphered from what you have posted here. It doesn't need Cat to do it. There is a "Master Document" that lists all Codes. If your buddy wants a copy of it then PM me with an e-mail address and I'll send it to you. This document is NOT machine specific, it works for all Cat Electronic Controls. When it gets down to specific Diagnostic Procedures to find & fix the faults it is machine-specific . For that I would need a Serial Number. Send it by e-mail if you don't want to post it here.
The Codes are: - 030 096 F03 - Monitor System; Fuel Level Sensor; Voltage Above Normal 030 248 F02 - Monitor System; Cat Datalink; Data Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect 030 819 F02 - Monitor System; Display Datalink; Data Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect 113 070 F02 - Transmission Control; Park Brake Switch; Data Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect 113 298 F02 - Transmission Control; Service Brk Pedal Switch; Data Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect 113 299 F13 - Transmission Control; Transmission Lever Position Sensor; Requires Calibration 113 618 F02 - Transmission Control; Left Secondary Brake Switch; Data Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect 113 672 F02 - Transmission Control; Convertor Output Speed Sensor; Data Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect 113 722 F03 - Transmission Control; Secondary Brake Solenoid; Voltage Above Normal The majority of them (FMI 02 anyway) sound like one or more dodgy wiring harness connections TBH. Are any of them Active right now..?
