Got transpission issues, drops out of gear, gear doesnt engache completely, after it drops ou of gear i cant put it in gear forward an reverse wont work Likage to the transission is ok wehre do i need to search? Sometimes it wors fine for 10 mins and then it starts again Sorry for bad english (im swiss) -sven
What exactly did you check on the linkage.? Questions: 1. Do you have at least 2 pressure gauges capable of measuring up to around 500psi.? 2. Do you have a service manual.? If not what is the machine Serial Number.? 3. What type and grade of oil are you using in the transmission.
sounds like low pump pressure and old mechanical saftey is pushing it out of gear
Air leak in the pump suction line maybe.?
possible need to check screen for beeing plugged and replace seal on cover they get hard and crack then check pump pressure
Yes Yes 66A.09590 I dont know i just bought the dozer oil looks pretty good on the dipstick I ran it for 25 hirs with no problems but now i got this problem
If the linkage pushes on the transpissin lever
I Will check the screen first
The savety must be inside the gearbox I cant push the lever in gear mavbe something inside is stuck i dont know how this transmission word i think you push e valve with the lever that allows flud to do the shifting
While you are checking the screen it ough tto be a fairly simple thing to check the transmission pump suction lines and connections. Kill two birds with one stone so to speak. Correct. It is inside the transmission and in simple terms pushes the linkage into the neutral position if pressure is lost.
If I remember right pump pressure tap is on top of the transmission pump
So without pressue i cant put it in gear Where can i easy check the pressure?(hook up the gauge) if cleening the screen doesnt work
Just a thought. Is the transmission oil level correct.? How are you measuring the level.? Are you operating the tractor on any significant slopes.?
Yes Low idle, neutral No
Seen suction line collapse
Some times they lose prime, bad pump, restriction, low on oil etc etc.
