Cat/Deere/Volvo/Case price rankings?

I know cat is the most expensive and case is probably the least expensive, how do the others range? Say in terms of excavators...

    Are you asking for just the up front purchase cost or the true cost of ownership?

    I guess both, I meant to include komatsu as well. More so the up front purchase price though, I know cat parts are expensive.

    In this area Komatsu parts are far more expensive than Cat parts and you usually have to pay freight on top of the purchase price.
