I am new to this forum and need HELP! My 110b started bogging down, found water in filter. drained fuel changed filter. Starts great,sounds good for a few then starts running rough and bogging down. no smoke. Is there a screen pre pump? no repair manual. thanks

    Had the same problem with my old cat 312, found a filter in the banjo bolt in the inlet the mechanical lift pump, completely blocked. Fixed the problem myself after 2 separate caterpillar mechanic's told me the pump was stuffed.

    Have you tried draining the water & crap out of the fuel tank ..? Let's face it that's where it came from to get into the filter in the first place. While you're at it you would be well advised to blow out the fuel feed/return lines to/from the tank using an air compressor.
