Can anyone tell me the year of manufacture of IT28G 9AR002582 ?

    Your Serial Number has too many digits. It should be 9ARxxxxx.

    and i dont think its just an extra "0" either. 9AR2582 comes up as not avail pj

    Take a look at the year claimed and the serial number of other IT machines as a rough guide. Can be inaccurate with some makes of machine when machines are built at different plants and have different serial number configurations etc. http://www.constructionequipmentguide.com/auction-results/wheel-loaders/caterpillar/it28g/
