We have a Caterpillar 325 that is mounted on a pedestal. Occassionally as with all equipment a hose fails which causes oil to leak out. We would like to install a catch pan under the rear of the excavator which would catch the leaks and we could then drain out in a controlled manner. So far I have not been able to find any kind of manufactured catch pan for the excavator. Does anyone know of any that are made, have any drawings of ones that were designed or have any ideas on how to accomplish the goals os collecting any leaking fluids from the rear of the excavator?
