Caterpillar 301.4C Hydraulics Issues

Hey guys, quick question, my excavator was working great, came out the next day and the hydraulics won't work. It won't move the bucket or boom. It starts up and runs great, i checked the hydraulics fill bubble and its good to go. I've read that the hydraulic lockout safety switches are a weak point with mini excavators and might be the issue. Has anyone had a similar experience? Has anyone replaced these in the past? Is there cheaper replacement switches rather than going through Cat? how difficult is the switch to replace. How would you test the switches? Thanks in advance Danny

All questions that are difficult to answer without a Serial Number.......... I wouldn't personally recommend anything other than an OEM switch as a replacement - providing that the switch is actually proved to be the problem.

The switch is in the RH armrest - #20. See attachment. It should be easy to test if the switch status changes from open to closed with the armrest up or down
