I have an 1997 caterpillar 320bl. SS number is 6cr0116. I am having problems with the throttle control. I replace the motor governor and speed sensor on the flywheel. When trying to recalibrate the throttle I get a code of 70hf04. Any ideas on how to fix this? I can start the machine but have not throttle and to turn it off I have to open the engine cover and reach down and move the lever below the throttle.
