Ive got a d300e and i believe the hyd oil is going into the transmission. Ive read the only thing that would cause this is the supplemental steering pump.Does anyone know were its located?And if so does it need to be replaced or rebuilt any help will be appreciated thanks
It's probably bolted to the back of the transfer box. There was a service letter out to replace them several years ago, but I can't remember the reason.
