Hi, my husband was using our Caterpillar TH350B in the paddock a month or so ago, without warning the hydraulics on the boom stopped working. He has noticed however, that if he holds the bypass switch on the control joystick, the boom seems to work as normal. Has anyone experienced similar? got any advice? We have had the mechanic out and he couldn’t find a fault. Cheers Sarah
Has the boom stopped working at all? Or has the boom stopped rising? Or has the boom stopped moving in and out? And take a photo of the joystick button that you press and the boom works again.
