the only thing with the big tractors is that they are too heavy for the roads connecting the fields. how many time have we seen the steiger in the creek with the bridge under it...

  7. #7bobcat ron2008-03-04 21:02

Maybe the Steiger needed a good washing?

We have a customer that has 4 MT965B's pulling tandem E-22 pans. They also have 2 uints rented from us with tandem pans. They move allot of dirt, fast. They were eally hurting the 627G scrapers we had on the same job by cycle times. Running there 4 and our 2 requires allot of attention though as these machines were early production.

Who knows of a good website for used ag tractors? Looking for something used for plowing snow with a cab, not commercially, just on my own turf. Maybe 50 HP or so...

  18. #18D3B Dave2008-11-30 07:14

I could have so much more fun time if I had one of those to get the farming done.

  26. #26EdB2010-02-20 14:48

tractors When you're farming with an MT, you are having fun. No need to take time having fun other ways.

  28. #28hvy 1ton2010-12-14 15:00

How do you like the Fargo Aire cart?

  29. #29EdB2010-12-17 11:40

Cart I get along with it great. Typical Concord that's simple, reliable, and rugged. Stainless steel tank and feed are a big improvement over the earlier ones that suffered from exposure to corrosive fertilizer.

We meet again Have yet to see a MT 900 series 4wd in person yet, some day soon. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

  31. #31Paystar2011-03-20 08:44

Hey Brother. Shouldn't you change that user name to TankerBoy now

  32. #32Tommjr2011-03-30 08:53

When they say worlds largest tractor, what exactly are they measuring? My cousin farms about 5,000 acres in MN and they have two 9630T John Deere's. They pull a 90' digger and that tractor seems to do well. I saw that article and the Cat pulls a smaller piece. Are they talking H.P.? or are they talking speed? Thanks!
