i just read my post and i wasnt to clear on what i needed to know. to get the rest of the oil out do i have to raise the machine first and spin the tracks slightly to promote the rest of the oil out ? i completly left that bit out

Generally speaking you align the holes at the 12 and 6 o'clock position. Drain via the lower opening and fill via the top opening till level with the hole.

Depending on what year it is you should probably use synthetic gear oil. I know the newer models call for it. Do you have an operators manual for this machine?
