Clark 666B won’t idle – how to set up governor / throttle

Took the head off to replace head seals. Had to remove throttle / governor now it won't idle. Does anybody know the procedure for setting this up correctly, please.

    Is it a 4-53 Detroit? Someone will come along that knows how. I have not had to set adjust yet.

    Does it have the small screws around the edge of the valve covers. If so it is a 53 series. If it has the two big knurled knobs thru the top of the valve cover it is a 71 series. My bet is that you have a 4-53 Detroit.
