Clark Michigan Axle bearing and seal replace, anybody has shop manual or torque specs ?

Hi, I am replacing all the bearings and seals on the axels of my Michigan Clark 55b loader. It has double wheel nuts with a lock ring in between. See attached PDF items 5,6 and 7. How do I tight those correctly ? I assume there is either a procedure like "turn until stuck and then 45degrees back" or some torque spec ? Thanks for any help ! Joe
