stop light comes on and book with wrench light comes on- codes are f382,f383,f3x1,f373. how do you know if any of them are stored and which one is making stop light come on? read thru forums on 650 codes and got a pretty good idea where to look. had to put new hydraulic pump on and while had all pans off pressure washed machine - mabey bumped wire or something. ran for bout 15 hrs after pump change then light came on . thanks
What is your machine serial number? There are 3 different service manuals for the 650J, so I need the serial number to help. F3X1 is for low charge pressure. This code will make the stop light come on. The other codes are; F382 - Right speed sensor open F383 - Right speed sensor no response F373 - Left speed sensor no response There MAY be a round electrical connector that all these wires run through, but I'd need your serial number to be sure. You can clear stored codes and see if any pop back up using instructions below; Remove the TCU cover and turn key switch on. Press the menu button until CODE is display and press SELECT . The most recent of any stored DTCs will be displayed. If no DTCs are stored, End will be displayed. If a DTC is displayed, press NEXT to view the next code or SELECT to view the occurrence then 1.5 seconds later, the number of occurrences will be displayed. To clear all stored DTCs, press NEXT until End is displayed. Hold down SELECT for five seconds and F300 will display to indicate that all stored codes have been cleared.
will get the serial number and post, little info that may help from past week- dozer will run about 5-6 hours then stop light comes on, let sit for 10 min will run couple hrs then light comes on again but when sit and start up wont last 15 20 minutes each time. have notice when light comes on the rpms will drop somewhat. engine temp 195, trans temp 165, hyd temp 175, turbo temp 130, fuel temp 125. after 5 hrs of hard pushing. so dosnt look like anything is too hot but stop light only comes on first time after 5 plus hrs of running? thank you sir for ya time its greatly appreciated

Check out your X11 and X1 connectors and surrounding harness in the following picture. The charge pressure and speed sensor wiring runs through these connectors, so if theres an issue there it could be causing those codes. Make sure the connector is in good shape and making a clean connection. If everything looks ok, you might need to check the wiring from the sensors back to the TCU.
