Hey guys, I recently graduated with a 2 year Computer Systems Technician - Networking diploma but I really enjoying working outdoors, operating machinery (tractors, vehicles, ATVs, boats, snowmobiles, bobcats you name it) and have great hand eye coordination. I was just wondering if computer/I.T knowledge can be an asset as a operator as new machines become more and more advanced tech wise. I am 20 years old and plan on getting my heavy equipment operator certificate this year.
It’s not going to hurt you
