Confusing Travel motor issue

I have a e70b cat and when i go to travel if i move both sticks ,one more than the other i can move no problem. If i use them independantly , no problem. If I sit and play with them I can get it to work. Any direction would be appreciated

    also all other hydraulic functions are good.

    My first guess is bad swivel joint seals, but could be lots of other issues.
