Considering purchase of Cat 236 skid steer (used)

I'm considering a purchase of a used 2004 Cat 236 wheeled skid steer with 700 hrs. Very clean, 70-80 hp. asking $ 22,000. What's your advise.

    I've got one as well, a couple years older. Great machine. True pilot controls that are very responsive. Just replaced it with a larger machine, so it's for sale as well. Asking $17500 for mine, so it's a reasonable price, depending on condition.
