No surprises there. New York has been plagued with crane problems and accidents for several years now. It isn’t getting better by the looks of this story either.
You would "Think" with all there regulations and inspections and licenses that they would be right on top of safety, then again the corruption word comes up.
It is suspicious that they keep having so many problems, incidents, and accidents. Something needs to change or more will die!
