Cost of Concrete Paving Equipment

I was wondering what the brand new cost is for a few different concrete paving machines. For my questioning, let's assume Gomaco equipment. If anyone has some pricing on the following it would be much appreciated: Commander III, GHP 2800, TS 9500 and TC 400 Also, what is the most critical maintenance component involved with these machines? And, what would the cost be to rebuild or replace with a new component? Thanks
