I have need of somebody to make me a flex plate. It is about 14" in diameter and has 5 holes at the center plus a pilot hole where the crankshaft bolts on. 4 holes around the outer rim to drive the flywheel. The trouble is that the center is dished about half to three quarters of an inch toward the crankshaft away from the flywheel. Have not seen any online custom flex plate makers that do this but it might not be that hard to make. Otherwise it is a pretty straightforward disc of metal. Ideas?
Try Guardian: http://www.guardiancouplings.com/ Good people, I think they can make anything you need. Don't need a dish, unless there's something interfering, just a spacer ring. maybe riveted on?
