cylinder head gasget for an TB016

I need to change the cylinder head gasget for the Yamnar engine in my Takeuchi TB016. The engine model is =3TNE68etb1, When i search on the web, to buy an kit, I find a lot of kits for 3tne68, but none with the last four digits. Does it mean that there is a difference for the main head gasget, or on accessories gasget in the kit? Any one can help me find one that is suitable for this engine ? From Quebec Canada....

    Try ADF Diesel in Quebec they should be able to help you out.

    If tis can help someone , all Yamnar 3TNE68 have the same cylinder head gasget: Yamnar part number: 119265-01341 and if you buy it at Deere the part number is M807312.
