We are going to need a lot more info than that. For example.......which tubeline?

Are you talking about an injector line?

A serial number is in order first. There are probably over a hundred different hydraulic hoses in the machine plus fuel hoses and tubing, coolant hoses and tubing. Do you have a parts book to help identify the hose or tube. How many hours are on the machine? It might just be the hoses have reached the end of their service life.

Any chance you can show the damage in place? When you say burst, how exactly. Is the pipe breaking into 2 pieces? Is it cracking and allowing fuel escape, is it physically rupturing, showing an eruption blowing out of the line? We are all trying to understand your failure and how it failed.

sorry, for the lack of a better term, I used bursting. But its more of like bleeding diesel profusely under the thread lock nut and the other directly from the tube body thru a small crack. We are just puzzled that similar happened to our other dozer unit (D155AX5e1). Will send pictures and info as they come from the site. We already requested for a new part to replace them but just needs to be certain that its more of a reached service life rather than a failure due to other related concern.

Can't really help but will say be very careful with hands around that leak. Not sure what pressure that system operates at but I'm guessing it is very high. Diesel fuel can get injected into the skin and cause very serious problems!
