d2 kamatzu dozer steers sometimes and sometimes does not any help
Check out this thread. Also, if you provide more details about what it's doing, and what machine it is, we should be able to help you. Komatsu didn't make a D2, it should be a D21 or D20, and the dash number, like -5, -6, or -7, is important, too.
It is D21-A-5 model and I have to pull back the left stick way back hard before it turns.
If it will turn at all, that indicates the steering clutches are "not" stuck. Most likely just need to adjust the brake.
Yep, pull the drain plug under the brake compartment if it's not out already, if it's dry, adjust the brake.
