d3 cat slack adjuster seals

I have a 79U d3 cat replaced track tensioner seals but still leaking down. I have checked and grease is coming from new seal area. Does anyone have diagram of proper seal placement or tips.

    Were the shafts scored or bent?

    And did you put the seals the correct way round?

    Is the slack adjuster overextended due to worn track. Some of the pistons have a relief cut in the side.
