D4H has no power will not blow black smoke
What is the serial number. How many hours, is the fuel clean, new filters, any other info on previous repairs, just suddenly started to do. Someone can help if you include some more info to help diagnose. Simon C

Fuel starvation. Fuel in tank? if so start at the tank exit and work toward the injectors. The quick way to check the fuel delivery to the injector pump would be to pressurize the tank while having the fuel line removed from the pump, if the flow is good there you've eliminated a plugged fuel line and/or filters and can move forward if not work back and fix any problems along the way. Bear in mind fuel is only one of the possible problems but the first one you would want to eliminate.
