The hydraulics on the blade stop working. I have rebuilt the compensator valve and have installed new primary and secondary resolver valves and still have same problem. The hydraulics work and then they don't work. Anyone have any ideas.
There might be some dirt in the resolver circuit holding a ball off of it's seat at times. Take the signal line off of the pump and hold it into a pail while someone holds the lever for you. Let a large amount of oil flow through the hose and it might clear things up. Be sure to use all circuits doing this. Later Bob
Thanks Bob, will try that first thing in the morning.
Hey Bob, Tried flushing the signal line, ran five gallons out through all circuits, still have same problems. Does the blade lift have a relief valve or is the compensator valve the relief. Seems to stop everytime the blade is raised up all the way. Looking at the pressure gauge I have in the pressure port, the pump is destroking. Oil that came out looked clean. Sure appreciate any more help.
