I'm still working on the D4H. I have the park brake and trans issues fairly well sorted out. My question is to the linkage adjustment of the foot brake. Is there an actual procedure as to lengths or is it by pedal position? Pressure adjustments? They don't seem to grab as hard as I would think they should. They will hold in neutral in the steep but will drive through at power. At low idle, they sort of hold in gear but I think they should hold much tighter.

Yes. That will do it. When we were hunting the brake lock problem I'm pretty sure the pedal adjustment was changed trying to unlock the brakes. THANKS!!
