Can someone explain the operation/purpose of the "towing valve" on a D5C Hystat (ser# 5HS00484). The manual shows a valve with a 1/4 turn handle. Is the handle suppose to be up or down when running the dozer- what happens when the handle is up? I removed the floorboards and see it is currently in the down position- Thanks
