D5G I replaced my seals and bearings . Napa gave me TO-4 SAE 30w oil . It’s Sunday and before I put it in there is that gonna be ok . I’ve spent like 2hrs searching and mixed answers. I think so from my searching .
TO-4 oil is the preferred lubricant for final drives. SAE30 is one of the possible viscosity options, SAE50 would be another. It's your tractor but I wouldn't put parts store brand lubricants or filters in anything of mine. Don't you have a manual..? If not and you want to get hold of one, post a Serial Number.
